SUCSFL202 is a SUCSFL200 Series 2-Bolt Flange Stainless Steel Unit equipped with a Set Screw Locking Insert Ball Bearing. This kind of bearing is primarily designed to minimize friction between parts and allow unrestricted rotation of moving elements. Made from Stainless Steel AISI-440C, this bearing is resistant to corrosion from moisture and do not experience any flaking, breaking, deformation, or discolouration problems that are common with other non corrosion-resistant housing materials. This Flange Mounted Block Unit features two set screws, found on the extended end of the inserts inner ring, which can be tightened onto a shaft. This unit has also been made with grease feed access, allowing for re-lubrication of the insert if necessary. Our SUCSFL202 are pre-lubricated with grease ensuring the product is ready for use upon arrival.
