SUCSF201 is a Stainless Steel 4-Bolt Flange Unit manufactured with a wide inner ring, grease feed access and an anti-rotation device. This mounted block unit is a combination of a stainless steel set screw insert and a stainless steel 4-bolt flange housing. The insert ball bearing has been equipped with two set screws, located on the extended inner ring, which can be tightened onto a shaft. This unit features a high resistance to corrosion from moisture and is not affected by the flaking, breaking, deformation, or discoloration problems that are common with other corrosion-resistant housing materials. Our SUCSF201 has been equipped with grease feed access, allowing for re-lubrication of the bearing if necessary. Our Stainless Steel Mounted Block Units are pre-lubricated with Grease, allowing them to be ready for immediate use upon arrival.
