Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We offer UPS and USPS shipping methods. If you would like to have your order shipped UPS Collect please let us know and provide your UPS account number. If you would like your order to be shipped by freight we can quote you on that as well. You may also have any other pick-up service come pick up your order from our location. Please note that our terms are FOB Shipping Point. We don’t take responsibility of your package after it leaves our warehouse regardless of the shipping method you select. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier.
LTL Freight orders may require the shipping charge to be calculated and charged before shipping in a separate transaction from the original order.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of this website being quotation only, processing fees require us to charge a 5% cancellation fee on any order that is cancelled. Please note that custom or production orders are not cancellable under any circumstances. All orders that have a 3+ week lead time are production orders and cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
Special Orders:
Products that are not shipped from stock and have been ordered for the customer from overseas do not qualify for a return. These orders can be exchanged only. Additional charges may apply.
Please provide our sales department with as much detail about your product needs before placing an order. If there is an issue with a product that has to do with specification requirements that our sales department was not notified of, it will be classified as a special order and will not qualify for a return.
Standard Orders:
Items in their original unused condition may be returned within 25 days from its delivery date to be exchanged or refunded. Product must be in its original condition/packaging (unopened sealed packages in mint condition & clean). If we made a mistake and shipped you an incorrect product that does not match what you ordered, we will reship your order and provide a return label in the box. Returned items cannot be disassembled or damaged by assembly or neglect. Used items, damaged items, and items that were not what we shipped will not qualify for a refund/credit of any sort. Our return policy does not cover manufacturer defects or product failure. For product failure In order to process a return you need to contact us.
Product returns that are returned for refund or exchange will be subject to a minimum of a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Shipping and/or handling charges on the original order are not refundable. Return shipping is not provided.
We are not responsible for shipping costs or damages on returned items. If products are received damaged they will not qualify for a refund. The process of product inspection after receiving your order will take 7 to 10 business days.
We are not responsible for any unconditioned or rejected packages.
All refunds take 3-7 business days after inspection is completed.
Special Size, Super Precision, Custom, Featured, and/or Special-ordered products per customer’s request are NOT returnable for any reason and items that are used, damaged, deformed or altered in any ways will NOT be accepted.
For all returns, please include a copy of the invoice.
